The Homeland Capitation Delhi is the capital of India, formed by two contrasting and harmonious parts at once: the Old Delhi and New Delhi. It has a total area of 1,483 square kilometers and a population of 14.1 million inhabitants (2003) languages spoken Hindi, English, Urdu and Punjabi.
