The Akshardham temple in New Delhi is another of the temples to be visited, but the curiosity is that it can not boast at all of history as other temples in the country, and it was inaugurated on November 6, 2005 thanks to the addition of 11,000 supporters.
The spiritual centers has become a major tourist attraction, and not have to look at the pictures to see that this is one of the great marvels of Indian architecture with only 3 years old. Construction on the other hand has been made following the traditional canons of architecture in the country.
Akshardham is built in pink sandstone and marble, symbolizing the purity and eternal peace. His very name, Akshardham, Means "God's eternal abode of the Supreme God"And he can see first hand some of the great history of India, its culture and art.
Akshardham is more than just a palace. 60 acres of gardens surround it with exquisite taste, sprinkled with golden bronze statues of children, warriors and historical character of India.
In addition, we assist light and sound shows on its source, we learn of the discoveries by Hindu only projections, of sailing boat and a giant screen of 85 inches.
